If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website. Green Living Services provides lawncare services in the Jefferson City, Tennessee and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to lawn mowing, landscaping, fertilization, and pest control. Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, mobile transfer, and checks. Payments that go unpaid from 30 days of the service date may be subject to late fees. Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. Green Living Services has the right of rescheduling, cancellation, or otherwise. Green Living Services is not liable for any damage to property that occurs during the provision of our services. Clients are responsible for informing our team of any potential hazards or obstacles in the lawn. We strive to provide high-quality lawncare services. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of the service date, and we will work to address and rectify the issue. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Green Living Services, unless credited otherwise, and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
